Dr. Satyendra  Kishore is Professor of Management at ICFAI University, Ranchi, and Visiting Professor at IIM Ranchi, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. He previously served as Executive Director of the Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Coal India Ltd.’s premier L&D center. Beginning his career in 1992 as a behavioral sciences faculty member at CIL, he brought over 25 years of corporate HR leadership to the role, after earlier research and teaching stints at JNU and IIT Delhi. Dr. Kishore is the author of multiple books, articles, and management case studies on contemporary organizational issues.

Dr. Sudhir K. Jain is a renowned expert in Entrepreneurship and Intellectual Property Rights, with nearly four decades at IIT Delhi. He has served as Vice Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Director General, NIESBUD (Govt. of India), and held senior academic roles at JNU, NSUT, and IIT Delhi. A pioneer in IPR education in India and international tutor with WIPO, he has travelled to 35 countries for academic engagements.
